   3) tailor-made decoration that is out of the package.

   4) fresh flower is requested for the decorations.

   5) the venue does not provide tables.

   6) setup is more than 1 location.

* A travel fee of $100 or $2.85 per mile might be applied.  (Minimum travel fee is $100)
